  My husband went here this evening and had a very bad experience. First the service was terrible. We were told to pick a table by a woman wearing work- out clothes (Nikes, Reeebok's, the whole nine yards). All of the tables had not been wiped and there ended up being trash at the end of our table. The drink menu they had on the table was grimy and felt as if it had never been wiped down. It took our waitress about ten minutes to come ask if we wanted something to drink and about another twenty after that to take our food order. There were only two other couples in the restaurant so they were not busy. The waitress acted as if she had never been in a restaurant, let alone work in one.
  The food was also not great. We called before to ask if they served MSG and they said they could make a meal without it by request. When we got there, I asked for my meal not to have MSG. I thought the waitress had written it down. It did and I had an allergic reaction. My food was also kind of slimy in texture and my husband's was the same.
  As you can tell, we will not be visiting here again.

  I'm truly shocked to find less than positive feedback here. Fresh Ginger is one of my favorites! The reasons are simple, friendly quick service and delicious meals! If you have any special instructions, no MSG or other ingredients they are quite accommodating. I get delivery and they always say 45 minutes and it almost never takes more than 30. If something is not as you expect, speak up and let them know. I have needed to before and was not treated differently for it. Once I was thanked for letting them know of the issue. Thank you for quality and quantity!
